With luxury, beauty and ease of use in mind, this chassis even includes an impressive seven inch LCD touch screen providing the user with an interface to control their media centre from the chassis without even needing to turn on their main display, or monitor! This inbuilt seven inch touch screen works in conjunction with Front View, the interface software for iMON Touch LCD panels, offering the ability to control media and applications using only a fingertip or stylus pen. In Display Mode, the LCD panel reports useful System Info (Such as CPU, RAM, HDD & Network Usage Rates) and also offers other excellent functions such as Headline News, Calendar, Weather Reports, Media Info (Media File Name, Track Number, Running Time, Total Time, Media File Info & Volume) and a Graphic EQ is also available when playing media files. In Control Mode, the user can manipulate Playback (Play, Pause, Next, Prev, FF & Rewind), Volume (Up & Down), Navigate menus (Up, Down, Right, Left, Enter, Menu and so on), Go to media (Music, Movie, Photo, DVD, TV and Webcasting) and various other applications (Via Application Launcher, Task Switcher & Shutdown). The inbuilt touch screen has a ratio of 15:9 & maximum resolution of 1024x768, meaning it could be used as the primary display should you require it. Should you be further than arms reach from your LM200 Touch, the included IR receiver and remote teams with Thermaltake's Media Lab software allowing convenient PC operations from the comfort of your favourite arm chair or couch. The included remote control has a comfortable and advanced design; this PAD style controller is designed to also be used as the up, down, left and right arrow buttons on your keyboard. The button layout of the included iMON PAD remote controller is well laid out and many media play related buttons and functions are supported, making this remote control very useful for applications such as the included MultiMedian (offering CD, DVD, WMV, AVI inc DivX & XviD, ASF, MPG, MPEG, M1V, M2V, DAT, MP3, OGG, WMA, WAV playback, photo display and slideshow for BMP, GIF, JPG, TIFF & PNG files, camcorder control and playback via the chassis firewire port, playback and recording of TV with every kind of WDM TV card being supported), or the Microsoft Windows Media Centre Edition Operating System. The included remote control and it's media playback software are compatible with Microsoft Windows operating systems from Windows 98 SE onwards, including Windows 2000, Windows XP (32, 64Bit & Media Centre Edition), Windows Vista (32 & 64Bit) and Windows7 (32 & 64Bit). With chassis dimensions of length 410mm, width 400mm and height (inc foot stand) at 218mm, this black front panel and silver bodied HTPC chassis will fit just about anywhere, from a spare shelf in your lounge room entertainment cabinet, to the tight confines of your caravan or boat - but still accommodate a regular sized power supply, Mini-ITX or Micro-ATX form factor motherboard, and even high end graphics cards up to 11.5 inches, or 292mm, in length! The entire chassis is constructed and polished from solid 5mm aluminium to reduce vibration and isolate noise. To ensure perfection, a brushed finish process is carefully applied to all external surfaces. With its construction from brushed finish & polished aluminium, this chassis looks stunning, is pleasing and comfortable to work with, but also offers the benefits of increased cooling capacity, reduced vibration and lower overall PC noise output. With a HDMI motherboard (purchase separately) and the included multi card reader integration, your LM200 Touch will become your lounge room's centrepiece! The LM200 Touch offers one 5.25" bay and two internal 3.5" bays. For front I/O connectivity, this chassis offers two USB 2 ports, one IEEE 1394 Firewire port, HD-Audio and a 23-In-1 multicard reader. On the rear, you’ll find a total of four expansion slots for all your PCI, or PCI-E card requirements. This chassis is compatible with standard ATX PSII power supplies and has active ventilation provided by a whisper quiet 120mm 1300rpm, 17dBA fan at the rear - ensuring this chassis will be seen and not heard!
