This parallel printer DB25 to USB adapter allows you to connect multiple printers to a PC or Laptop without parallel ports. A larger proportion of laptops are being produced without parallel ports, and therefore this adapter allows you to connect printers (note this adapter is DB25 female) either directly or via a USB hub.

This adapter has single chip (ASIC) USB to parallel communication and is USB Rev 1.1 compliant. It has USB full speed capability (note the parallel specification may not run at full USB speed) and is bus powered. The adapter is USB Printer Class Specification 1.0 and IEEE-1284 1994(bi-directional parallel interface) specification compliant.
