The Blue Orb II offers a wickedly attractive radial design with 140 blue aluminium fins maximising the heat dissipation area provided by this cooler. The whisper quiet blue LED fan (1700RPM pushing 77.85CFM @ 17dBA) offers excellent airflow and the fans location within the centre of this cooler ensures all 140 fins are supplied with active airflow, which also provides the additional benefit of cooling any mainboard and memory components located next to the CPU socket. At the base of the cooler, you'll find an all copper core which contacts the computer processor and allows amazingly quick transfer of heat energy from the CPU’s heat spreader to the 140 fins of the Blue Orb II cooler. The dimensions of this cooler are 140mm diameter x 66mm height, so this heatsink and fan is perfect for many low profile or HTPC chassis and the low dBA rating also makes this cooler ideal for low noise output computers, such as MediaPC or office systems. The Blue Orb II cooler is compatible with Intel LGA775 and AMD sockets 754, 939 & AM2.
