The ISGC-400 has an innovative silent fan with advanced technology, it has unique ISGC Fan Blade and Hydro Dynamic Bearing (HDB). The Cooler has a pure white 120mm VRISGC Fan which is designed by Thermaltake for minimal noise. It reduces the turbulence and friction between air and the fan through its special design. The new HDB Technology enables longer fan lifetime with less noise. The Mirror Copper Base delivers 100% contact between CPU and cooler and 6 Copper heatpipes allow for efficient heat transfer. The Sawtooth indentation was designed and added onto the fins allowing for smoother intake offering maximum cooling performance while noise levels are kept at a minimum. It has a noise level of 16dBA and a maximum airflow of 58.3 CFM.
