Connect your legacy serial peripherals to any USB port on your PC with this excellently designed USB to serial adapter. Your serial device is easily setup as a virtual USB port and can be treated the same as had it been installed via a serial port. These USB to serial adapters are best suited to connecting serial devices to new PCs without a serial port, or for connecting a large number of serial devices to a PC via a USB hub. This adapter offers full compliance with USB 1.1 transfer rates and is compatible with serial devices with a standard RS-232 serial interface. Supports automatic handshake mode, remote wake up and power management. This serial adapter is compatible with Microsoft operating systems from Win98 to Windows Vista (32/64) and a driver CD is included to assist product installation.
