18 May 2009 The guys at TweakTown recently tested the Mugen V2 CPU Cooler from Scythe. Rating this cooler at 93%, they found nothing to complain about – “With a really great price, and above average performance, I’m gonna go ahead and recommend that you look at the Mugen 2.
